Welcome back to my amazing blog, today I will go into my health section giving little tips about oregano. So this post is based on oregano solely in regards to female health.
A rare information I will be talking about and will also talk about the health benefits of oregano to a woman’s health.
So ladies, today is all about you.
Oregano is a medicinal and culinary herb from the mint family, it has a distinct smell and taste. The name oregano comes from the Greek words OROS meaning mountain and GANOS meaning joy. It is said that it has a lot of medicinal benefits as far as treating cancer, acne, diabetes, fatigue.
Here I will talk about the unusual use of oregano concerning women’s most prevailing situation “the menstrual cycle”.
The Oregano Effect
For women/ladies who experience menstrual cramps this is a highly efficient solution to that severe pain and thanks to my Chef Esteban Gomes for the wonderful information.
I, personally have done several test runs and it is/was so efficient. It takes quite a short time to get the pain/cramps subsided. According to the two women I administered this to, it took not later than 20 minutes to bring down the cramps from a 100% to as low as 1% Amazing.
It is rich in vitamin K which is important in maintaining the density of the bone, growth of the bone and producing blood clotting proteins. It also contains calcium which is necessary for the formation of teeth and bones.
The right proportion is 250g of water to 2 tablespoons of oregano for a concentrated tea, and 250g of water to 1 tablespoon of oregano for a mid-range concentration. Put in a pot and boil for minimum five (5) minutes. You can decide to strain and keep it in, whichever way you want to have your tea.

If you are allergic to mint, my advice, kindly avoid oregano.
So when next you experience that pain, take a chill pill, get oregano mix with water and do the needful as explained above.
