Around Naples, the capital of Campania, are found all the ingredients of one of Italy’s great exports, the pizza. Naples is credited with the invention of the pizza.
1000g All purpose flour
30g Yeast, dry
30ml Olive oil
1. Dry mix: combine flour, salt and yeast. Mix
2. Add in olive oil and water in desired quantity
3. Mix the dough until semi-hard. Not so soft
4. Cut dough to 200g each. Mold into circular shape. Allow to rest
