Vegetable Puloo

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of basmati rice 
2 cups of mixed vegetables 
1 small onion, sliced thin 
1/4 cup Taaza ™ghee 
1/4 cup oil 
1 teaspoon cumin seeds 
1 teaspoon garlic paste 
1 teaspoon ginger paste 
1/2 cup Taaza™ cilantro chutney 
4 cups of water
Salt to taste

DIRECTION
1. In a large cooking pot, heat 1/4 cup oil and 2 tbsp. Taaza ™ghee and add cumin seeds;
when the seeds crackle, add garlic and ginger paste and fry for a minute
2. Add sliced onion and fry for a minute 
3. Add frozen mixed vegetables and let it cook for 5 minutes
4. When the vegetables are tender, add cilantro chutney and cook for 5 more minutes
5. Add basmati rice, water, salt, mix well and cook for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Turn off the heat, add remaining ghee and mix well

Serve this rice with spicy Raita. Vegetable puloo is ready
